Cancellation Policy
Refund timelines:
- Cancellation 72 hours or more before arrival: full refund.
- Cancellation between 24 and 72 hours before arrival: 50% refund.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival, or no-show: non-refundable.
Peak-season and group bookings follow separate terms shared at the time of booking.
Children & Family Policy
- Children of all ages are welcome at the resort.
- Children below 5 years stay free of charge when sharing a bed with parents.
- Extra beds for children aged 5-12 are charged at 50% of the per-person tariff, including meals.
- Children above 12 are charged as adults.
- The river bank and forest trails are not fenced; children must be supervised at all times.
Accessibility
We have done our best to make The Rustik, Satpuda welcoming for guests with reduced mobility: wide pathways, ground-floor cottage options, and step-free access to the buffet hall and the central lawn. The Wooden Villa and Hill View Deluxe Room (Top Floor) are upper-floor rooms with stairs only. If anyone in your party has specific access needs, please tell us at the time of booking so we can match the right cottage.
