Two cottages on the ground floor that step out directly onto the lawn: queen bed, a private sit-out, and one of the few rooms on the property with a proper bathtub. The closest sound is the grass under your sandals.

Hill View Cottage (Top Floor)
Two cottages a floor up, with the same footprint and queen bed as the ground pair, but a long sweep of the Pachmarhi valley beyond the lawn. Most rewarding at sunset, and each room has a bathtub of its own.

Wooden Villa (Individual)
A single floor of the Wooden Villa, sold on its own: teak-panelled, with a cane headboard and a private elevated deck looking across the Denwa. Same architecture and view as the full villa, just one floor's worth of space.

Two-storey teak villa raised on stilts above the Denwa, sold as a full unit. Two queen-bedded floors connected by a shared central living hall, each with its own elevated deck: the upper one with the longest reach across the water. The room for a private eight-guest family or friend retreat.
