Hill View Cottage (Top Floor)

2 cottages on the upper floor share the same 450 sq. ft. footprint and queen bed as the ground-floor pair, but they trade the lawn for a long sweep of the Pachmarhi valley beyond: the most rewarding stay in Pipariya at sunset, with windows sized for the view. Each room has a bathtub (one of the few on the property), useful after a morning safari in Satpura Tiger Reserve and a long afternoon walk. 2 guests sleep without an extra bed; 1 extra bed can be added for up to 4 (max 3 adults, 2 children).
