Booking & Stay Terms
- Any modification or cancellation may attract applicable cancellation charges as per policy.
- Guests may be required to present a valid Government-issued ID proof and the original payment method during check-in.
- Standard check-in time is 12:00 Noon and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable.
- Outside food, music systems, or activities causing inconvenience to other guests may be restricted by the management.
- Alcohol consumption is permitted within the premises; however, guests are expected to maintain decorum and comply with local laws.
- The management reserves the right to deny accommodation or services in case of misconduct, property damage, or violation of resort policies.
- Any additional services, meals, safari bookings, sightseeing tours, bonfire arrangements, or inclusions not specifically mentioned in the booking confirmation may be chargeable.
- Guests are requested to take care of personal belongings. The resort management shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of valuables during the stay.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 72 hours or more before arrival: full refund.
- Cancellation between 24 and 72 hours before arrival: 50% of the booking amount charged.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival, or no-show: full booking amount charged (non-refundable).
- Refunds, if applicable, are processed within a reasonable time through the original payment method.
