The Buffet Hall - Multi-Cuisine Dining by the Wood Fire

The warm, beating heart of the resort and the most loved Buffet Near Satpura Tiger Reserve: a stone-walled, low-beamed hall that wakes before the morning safaris roll out and stays lit long after the last walk back from the river. Brass pots steam on the open wood fire, the tandoor breathes in the corner, and the cooks work in plain sight of the long teak tables, deliberately so: half the meal is watching it being made.
